Instructional Resources provides UCSB faculty $75.00 for film and video rentals or purchases per quarter. This subsidy is dependent on annual budgetary allocation and it may not be used for University Extension courses.

Due to an increased volume of requests a $15.00 late fee will be assessed if the following deadlines are not met:

• 2 weeks notice for off campus orders

• 1 week notice for changes, cancellations of off-campus orders

• 3 working days notice for UCSB owned film orders, cancellations, and/or changes

$10.00 Service fee will be subtracted from allocation for each tape not submitted with a distributor and all pertinent information (Name of Distributor, cost, ID#, etc.)
