Putting Tapes on Reserve in the Learning Labs Policy

Who may put tapes on reserve?—Professors, Lecutrers, and TAs may put tapes on reserve that will be or were used in their courses.
You may request to put a tape on reserve by calling ext. 3518, e-mailing fvo@id.ucsb.edu, or by walking into Television Services (Kerr Hall 1204).
Putting a tape/DVD that belongs to Television Services on reserve must be put on reserve by the staff of Television Services. Learning Labs will not accept one of Television Services' tapes for reserve by a faculty member.
Pulling a tape that belongs to Television Services off reserve must be pulled off reserve by the staff of Television Services. Learning Labs will not release the tape(s) without our authorization.
All tapes belonging to Television Services must be checked out and returned to Television Services. No exceptions apply!
Tapes may be pulled off reserve for another faculty member to use in their course but will be put back up as soon as the tape is returned.
This Policy is to help keep everyone happy and keep Television Services' databases up to date on where and who has the tapes.
